Safe to say my lemonade, greens and bedtime smoothie are now a habit.

22 Days
It's said it takes 21 Days to build a habit. To me day 22 is what counts. That said I have lots of things I'd like to make a habit for example:
Making my bed
Drinking lemon water first thing
Excercise
Drinking enough water
Drinking a green drink
Taking a vitamin
Writing
Reading a book
Making a bedtime smoothie
Take a picture
I started a cleanse on March 1,2015 every morning since I have been drinking the lemon water, green drink , and a bedtime smoothie.
